Adirondack Elopement

Getting ready and hiking up!

Matthew and Haley were up at sunrise getting ready for their Adirondack elopement on Rocky Mountain near Inlet and Old Forge! Every detail was planned down to a DIY hiking trail sign pointed towards the summit, his and hers water bottles, his and hers backpacks, and a hanger to display the bride's wedding dress!

First look and vows!

At the summit the bride and groom freshened up for their first look! They both looked amazing as the groom turned towards his bride with the beautiful Adirondack landscape behind them!

Next, they were ready to exchange private vows, both tearing up!

Ceremony and Portraits!

These mountain and lake views create the most beautiful ceremony space you've ever seen: crisp lakes, blue skies, rocky mountains, and glorious pine trees captivating the view. Their ceremony was officiated by Stephen Briggs and witnessed by their families! The bride had the groom's ring engraved with their initials and their backpacks dawned just married signs for the hike down! Their guests headed to the reception while the bride and groom took a few couples portraits and one last selfie with the view!

Reception at the lake

The wedding headed down the trail and off to Rondaxe Lake for a log cabin reception on the porch, viewing another beautiful lake and mountain scene! They celebrated with a champagne wall, personalized guest book, and gold trimmed cheese cake! Their cheesecake was topped with a Polaroid portrait from the summit! A flock of ducks hopped onto the dock and the bride and groom seized the opportunity to feed the ducks! Also, I can't forget to mention the bride did a few staircase poses to capture the back of her wedding dress!
